The Perth Royal Pantry Awards are only available to commercial enterprises selling their products to the public. The competition recognises the finest condiments including jam, marmalade, preserves, honey, chutney, sauces and pickled onions. Judges look for a combination of traditional and modern flavours. With an abundance of seasonal ingredients available locally, this competition sets a benchmark for quality.
